Worst service ever!!!! Stay away from rain!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars! I would...

Like many others last year at the start of lockdown, I have decided to purchase a rain sim card so that I could continue working from home and daily use for my phones and TV etc...

In the beginning I used to get speeds between 10-15mbps which I was actually happy with as I have just come of a different service provider which was giving me less than 2mbps at most times...

Fast forward 2 months later, I noticed that I could no longer watch Netflix, or browse social media leave alone trying to do a zoom call for work...

I started getting speeds of less than 2mbps... Which was insane but I thought hey I've already got it, might as well deal with it...

Well now it is just un bearable, I get speeds of less than 0.01mbps... I mean that is basically no internet connection whatsoever... I have laid a complaint on Sunday, got an email on Monday saying they would get back to me within 24hours... Sadly it's more than 48hours and no one has made an effort to contact me...

By the way I'm on the 4g unlimited plan, they must not even try the b#@lsh¡¿ of telling me to go with 5g because it says it works in my area but doesn't!!! And it's just as bad because the 5g always drops to 4g and 3g and basically you end up with the same problem I'm having now...

I would like to advise everyone to please stay away from rain!!!! Absolutely useless... Money making scheme... *******!!!!

Waiting patiently for a rain representative to call me and hear what story they try to spin for this one...
