Worst service ever. Speeds throttled to 0.02mbps
I have 2 sims the R250 and R479 i have set my R250 to cancel end of September and now i am getting 0.02mbps download on my 10mb R479 package!!!!! Cant even browse on my phone!!! Tried calling support, everyone is not at work due to "social distancing!" How nice if ******* rain distances itself from debiting my damn account. Worst ****ty network ever! Will cancel this R479 too.
