Worst service ever received from a internet service provider

Been trying to get a refund from them for 4 weeks with no action. Spoken to various people that are *********** with not allot of knowledge on the product. I spoke with Sithokozile which transferred me to a Vimal which is a manager at rain. He said he will sort me out and arrange for the technical to reconnect my 5G that i was using. I spoke with him a few days later and he said that they will arrange for the refund. Upon ordering the 5G they need full payment before any goods will be released but now that the need to refund a customer they are as slow as nothin on earth. I am at the point where i will spread the word on all media platforms to let future customers of rain know how pathetic their service is. Not the technical or sales department phones back after numerous people promised that they will get in contact to sort out the issue. They promise up to 30mbps on 5G but i always only got between 2.5 and 10mbps. I got better service from Telkom believe it or not.
