Worst Service Ever - Rain Sucks

I ordered 5G in March 2020 from Rain. Arrived and never ever worked, i had made the prepayment of R 999. I asked for it to be collected and for me to be refunded. After months of no answer i eventually received a reply. The device has been collected and i have been told about a refund but i was never asked for any banking details for the refund, when i enquire about this no answer again. I have been dealing with this issue for the past 6 months. This is truly unacceptable customer service, the worst i have seen.

Now I am attempting to reach out directly to the CEO in an attempt to get a response and my query to be resolved.
