Worst service ever- Rain network service is a ****

Rain has the worst service ever and I will never refer anyone to them to use their service for network.

I paid Rain on my paument date the 25th February 2025 through their portal using the PAY NOW option payment went through and did not return to my account. I called them and asked me to email umy proof of payment which I did the same day. I have queried and called them everyday and I am promised to be contacted back by their accounts department. It's 7 days later no one calls and they disconnected my service hence they have my proof of payment.

These are all my reference number ***, ***6,***6,***6,***2, ***4, ***2, ***0, ***6, ***2, ***6 and ***6 all promised to call me back with feedback and NIKS happened.

But mostly I would like to thank Mary Joy Vicencio who realy took her time understanding my frustration and was willing to assist other than her collegues who were not interested in understanding the problem but quick to respond.

I am honestly tired of Rain service, I have made payment again today through your website but the payment is not reflecting and my service is disconnected.

can this please be sorted ASAP as I work from home and I aam working tomorrow with no service.
