Worst service ever Rain Internet Service Provider

Been battling with these people since Friday. first of all they delivered the sim card two days late. When they did eventually deliver on Sunday 2pm, the delivery guy could not get his rica app to work. He then promised that the sim will be online by 5pm. This did not happen. According to the dashboard app there is now no sim card that's been delivered, yet, they did take the delivery charge immediately the day I ordered. I will only get my delivery fee back on the 20th according to them, this is the only thing they could help me with so far. When I'll have internet nobody seems to know although I was promised that this will be sorted out within the hour 9:00am this morning. Still nothing, and no feedback. I have sent them a ton of emails getting no reply. This is the worst service I have ever gotten and I live in a country known for bad service.
