worst service ever one can get 5 ref numbers without any assistance
*********82895 been sending chat and DM to the customer care without any luck been 8 days no network n double charged me for service I'm not getting, customer care useless.. all they do is email you n say you ok

08 Mar 2021, 13:00just because im black and fighting for my rights he had the nerve to tell me im screaming, wow Rain agents doing the most took them 48hrs to give me a call back after back and forth emails and DM he has the nerve to tell me im screaming i shall cream so he knows the difference shame on RAIN, after a whole year with them i get such services, and a agents that doesnt have sense of urgency and doesnt even apologies for the ordeal n heartache they put me trough
