Worst service ever. Network and Customer Service

Worst service ever. Had rain 3 years back and it never worked. Slow internet. Tried it again 3 years later and its horrible. Worst service provider. I will never ever ever return or recommend it to anyone. I will even go to the extent of letting people know how bad the service is. I get no response from the customer service at all (req ***, ***, *** . Nothing at all! Unbelievable! Aggressive advertising but nothing to show!
