Worst service ever from Rain Internet Service Provider

I would never recommend them. I ordered 5G from paid for it everything. They send me 4G simcard.

I phoned them the same day told them they made a mistake they said it will be fixed within 24hours. We are 7 days later and still not fixed. Everytime I phone them they have another excuse saying to give them a couple of hours to fix they will phone me back and nothing.
