WORST SERVICE EVER FROM RAIN!!!

Worst Service Provider ever. Almost everynight, Rain has network issues. I would always log a ticket to the point that I was even fed up to log another one. I kept texting using their askRain chat service so that they adjust my billing because I can not pay for internet I never used due to their network issues. A ticket was logged with the following references: ***4; ***4 but their response was they don't charge based on usage, but the usage was less due to network error on their side. We have been calling using alot of our airtime but they are not giving us the bad service for customers that pay.
