Worst service ever from Rain

Went to upgrade router to Pro101, had to get new sim cards as Rain does not offer these things separately. I used the old sim cards from rain and need to keep the number. Agent at Bonaero Park branch said he will submit the request to keep old numbers with new sim card, will take about 3 days, it has been almost 3 weeks now and nothing. No SMS or WhatsApp that it has been done. No email received. Rain does not have a number you can phone to compliant, no email address to complain to. I need this resolved urgently
