Worst service ever
I have been a happu customer until now. Unlimited zone works at home but since Saturday it doesn't work at the work location. Lodged about 50 tickets with rain. Its been 4 days and still no network at the work address. Its worked before, why not since Saturday? Surely there must be an issue with their tower. Really worst service ever.

19 Nov 2025, 19:38Hi. I have done 100s of resets and walking outside. It doean't work. How can the data bundle work but not the unlimited work zone? I have no feedback from rain. Please refund me my R100 for the xtra loop zone.
