Worst service ever

I have never had good service from rain and today is included. Rain phones me to tell me to pay my months bill after i have asked them to move my payment date , i requested service 2 months ago regarding this. My payment date has not been moved therefore i refuse to pay until i receive service. They phoned me today and obviously as someone who is paying a service i am angry and tired of asking the same thing over and over. Rain then has the audacity to tell me to be friendly and calm down after not receiving any service from them for 2 months. I will not recommend their services to anyone. The best part of this is I have 2 other devices which i pay over R2000 for every month and yet this company has no respect for their customers and they are incapable of delivering a service. Absolutely disgusting
