Worst service ever

Rains literally sucks, I just got a debit order of 479 whereas I'm on the 250 data plan...how in the hell are you going to make me pay for a plan I did not sign up for... On top of that it's the poor network service!!!! Thee worst!!!! You guys are a bunch of jokes... You just lost a 2 year old customer because of your incompetence
