Worst service ever. Don't use Rain, ever.

I joined Rain with a 4G package at the beginning of July 2020. They said it was up to 10 Mbps, but when it connected I did not get more than 2.5 Mbps. At one stage I got 0.02 Mbps according to Speedtest. I logged a complaint and only received a call 11 days later. When I told the support person that I will not use Rain the next month my current connection was turned off, and it was the 24th of the month. I paid for the full month. After that they ignored me completely. You can only log on to the client portal and log a complaint, and although they promise to tend to your complaint within 24 - 48 hours they never reply to your queries. When you dial their number they state that no calls will be answered due to the COVID 19 pandemic, you must log a ticket with their support team.
