Worst service ever

What a struggle. I tried to buy the 5G package yesterday. The site indicated that payment was declined. Just 2 min later i receive notification from my bank that the money was deducted. I tried their live chat. Stayed online for more that 2 hours. No consultants available to talk to me. I sent 3 emails. I tried to call twice. When i closed the chat window, i got an email saying that my ticket is now closed. So now i have no data, and the took my money. This was one of the worst customer service experiences i have EVER had
