Worst service ever.

Last week my WiFi was disconnected due to the fact that my app and Rain system was not connected and had work payment dates.. Now I have double payments and I am disconnected... I made I part payment on the 31st.. I am so sick and tired of Rain and there terrible service..

Why is there a double payment on my name.. I pay my bill every month.. the payment date was move with 6 days now you add R795!!! This is completely unacceptable.. I want this fixed immediately and reconnected

Why was a new invoice generated for another R795 it was still in the same month.. this is a God damn *******.. I made a payment of R397.50 to keep my wifi connected... I have not missed one payment so I don't owe you that much.. only R397.50.. how can you create two invoices for one month.. this is completely unacceptable and you are robbing your customers!!! This need to be fixed.. I will continue to complain until this is fixed..

Stop just replying to an email complaint and phone your customers . This is the worst service I have ever received... I wish I never chose rain as my internet provider! But now I am stuck with this Crack ass services

I made a full payment end of June and then payed half end of July.. I have proof so don't come and talk nonsense!!!

I only owe you R397.50 for July . I made full payment in June.. so the extra R795. That you sucked out of now where needs to be taken off my account.. the reason made a part pay this month is because I can't pay the full amount .. so why am I disconnected if you have a part pay option.. I have all the records and statements that I am fully paid until end of June and only owe you R375..
So you nee to reconnect my service!!!
