worst service ever

worst service i have ever experienced. i had my number since i was 16 and i posted to rain because my phone could not take 2 sim cards, i can't use my rain account for my work because i need to receive authentication SMSs, but the rain sim keeps blocking it, have phoned so many times to fix it, they just keep saying sorry we can help, and now that i want to port my number back to cell c, rain keeps rejecting my request, i have been trying for a year, i am unable to do my job properly regarding there ****ty service, and worse of all there staff is dumber than the ground, ground is smarter than the call center staff, like today, was transferred 17 times because the ****ing people is too stupid to understand me..... I'm ****ing fed up
