worst service ever

After ignoring almost all the negative comments and reviews i went on and purchased a rain package little did i know that people were right!!!i so badly wanted to this to work but you guys are so keen on making yourselves look bad. i requested assistance no one came i requested for a technician to be sent out and assist no one came when i needed you guys you guys showed me you utterly dont care and now you guys still want to debit my account hell no???this is coming from a deep hurting place i really wish i stayed away from you guys come and collect your tower and stop trying to debit my account...
