Worst service ever

Rain wifi i am not happy with the way they handling my problem, my wifi has not been working for 2 weeks I have been wasting my airtime calling and calling but no assistance. The worst people to do business with. Its just pillar to post no one is willing to assist in resolving my issue its very frustrating to pay for something thats no even working .
