Worst Service ever!

The worst service I have ever experienced!!!! My internet has been off for the last 3 weeks, I called them every day for 14 days and no change. The Manager, Kabelo, promised to call me and it never happened, only after I called him repeatedly did he send me an email with a disclaimer!!!! Nothing else, I have cancelled, and I pay in advance and another R355.00 was deducted off my account for "usage" although it was uncapped data!
