Worst service ever.

The first time i got rain i got double charged. In January i managed to settle my account as i have now started my studies. My monthly fee is supposed to be R559. But at the end of feb all of a sudden my payment due was R886 how i dont understand when i tried to get somwone to help me it took a while before they responded. I have had to now borrow money to settle my account because they ovwr charged me which is not fair. If you buy bread at the spar for R20 and get to the till they tell you its R200will you pay for it or rather take another loaf of bread. I aigned up for 559 a month and its the second time.now that i had to pay extra. If my payment at the end of march is some astronomical amouny again i will be canceling anf going with some9ne more reliable. H9nestly very unhappy with rain.
