Worst service ever

I bought a rain SIM and I have never been this frustrated. The face recognition test is stressful because it hangs forever. No human response when you call and no reply when you contact online support. The only thing that works is when you get debited. I'm just defeated and feel **** to because this is supposed to be an easy process. Can I just get my money back.
