Worst Service Ever!
By far the worst experience I have ever encountered with a service provider. The internet is ****py - even after they tell you that you have 5G connectivity. Trying to deal with their "support consultants" is like pulling teeth - the email ping pong will actually driver you insane. I just want a simple phone call to resolve my issue. This can't be that difficult!

I am working from home and this is making this experience the worst of my life. If this does not get resolved, I will cancel and move to MTN LTE. Fix this NOW! You guys are shocking really. This entire unlimited **** is a ****!
