WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have the same problem I cancelled my account last month and now they keep on telling me I need to make a payment for the month but I have a reverence number for the cancellation if they want a payment I will go and sell the router and make the payment because I am not going to pay for something I cancelled and then they still want to charge me for it. And they also said that they are going to come and collect the router that they also did not collect.
