Worst service ever

Customer service is is extremely bad. A consultant told me she would get back to me and that was 2 days ago. So far I have logged 3 tickets to no response.. I have been having network issues since Monday. I tried emailing Rain only for it to come back and say the emails are no longer being monitored.. customer care can't assist me after holding on for more than 15 minutes to speak to a consultant
