Worst service ever

Another week with no refund paid from rain, I have sent numerous emails and phone calls, they promise each time to pay my R559.00 for August debit and until today they have not paid or communicated. It's a shame how unprofessional they are, their billing department is the worst. How many reviews have I written on hello Peter with no action from them..disgusting.
