Worst service ever

My experience with Rain has been the worst. I last had connection on the 22 August 2024, Called in and they did sim swap, still the new sim had no network. I then cancelled, the last debit was supposed to be in Oct (given the network connection) but I made calls that I last had connection on the 22 Aug and they explained the last debit will be in September. Which I understood. Now im told the October payment needs to go through. I tried to explain that I last had connection in August, what then am I paying for in October? They say I used it in September which is not true because the last day I had connection was on the 22nd. Its amazing how they want to reap where they didn't sow. I'm making means to get data and yet they still want to milk us. Some of us are only trying to make ends meet then there's Rain network benefiting when its not necessary. I am so disappointed in them
