Worst service ever!

I am very disappointed in this service. On Sunday, 31st January 2021, I ordered and paid my sim - R479 option. The card was delivered on Tuesday, 2 February 2021. From what I could gather on their website, connecting time was 2-24 hours. I phoned yesterday, and the consultant I spoke to, had no phone etiquette at all.... After asking to speak to her supervisor, she slammed the phone in my ear... I then got hold of another person, and they said that they were busy with a system migration...? Yesterday, it was basically pretty much the same story. When I phoned the first time this morning, I was assured that I will have connectivity within the hour. Surprise surprise, an hour later - and still nothing. I phoned again, and the person spoke about the migration again, and that they were done yesterday already. So I will PROBABLY have a connection by the end of business today. By 4 this afternoon, the third person apparently marked my application as urgent, and gave me a reference number. You know what? There is still nothing, and it's probably best not to mention that they do not respond to emails... This is probably the most disappointing service I have ever encountered in my life. I will probably not recommend their services, as there are none.
