Worst service ever

I am so disappointed with them and their employee called Thato Ramare so rude and kept on telling me I haven't paid even though I have sent him or her my bank statement proving that I have paid. They kept on asking irrelevant questions in the rudest way ever. I guess there are no supervisors at Rain as she or he refused to let a supervisor take over my case.
