Worst service ever!
Worst service ever experienced from them this time. Moved to JHB but experience worst service from them. I live in a Crystal Park. 5G is available but our router keeps on jumping towers. So called 24/7 service from them don't exist. Thinking rather to get Fiber then this. They can't even phone you because even there lines are broken , I need my details updated and my router sort out but they keep on failing to do so? Why??? We pay so much for nothing!

10 Mar 2025, 04:52It's still not working correctly! I also waited to long for your so called technical guys to call us back a week ago. Let me be clear we are moving to fiber and canceling our service from you. Paying for service and clearly not getting it from you guys after years of being a client! So please keep your poor service as we are moving to fiber with BETTER service.
