Worst service ever !!!😡

Consultants from Rain are rude and ***********. I requested for my 4g plan to be cancelled month end of Jan 2022 but Palesa Kgasibe cancelled my plan immediately. She put me on hold for hours and gave me excuses. The Team Leader is as ridiculous and *********** as the consultant. It’s so annoying because I have no connection and I’m working from home. They just don’t care.
