Worst service ever

I would give it 0 stars but unfortunately you have to choose one. My Internet was fine for last 2 months, now, i dnt even get 1 mbps speeed. I have sent to today..... 14 emails... 20 phone calls...... And zippo. No help. The worst customer service ever
