Worst service ever

I am so disappointed, I had been with Rain for years when I decided to cancel my contracts when the internet started being slow. I called and sent emails, and went to the portal and did as directed in May. They deducted my account end of June and told me it was a mistake on their side; however, the refund would take 7 - 10 working days. This is not fair to me because I did not make the mistake, so I asked for the matter to be escalated and was promised that it would be. I have since been calling, and today, the lady pretended not to hear me after I confirmed my details. I know they will never call me back.
