Worst service ever.
Rain has been debited me twice for the past 3 months, their customer service is pathetic, problem is I cant get them on the telephone and when I email them they respond 4 days after. I never gave them permission to debit any account beside my account. I going to open up a ******** case of theft, cause they have been *****ing my money for the past 3 months. In sick and tired of the unprofessional services.

Im paying someone's account, that is my concern. I only have one sim card, why am i paying for two ****ker idiots. i want my money.

01 Feb 2022, 17:35I know a Lukene Jonkers, he asked me to assist with paying his account from my banking app as his phone app was not working, that was 3 months ago and ever since you have been deducting me twice. Lukene Jonkers is a stranger which I only assisted cause he asked me. it was a once off thing. I'm not responsible for any ones account besides mine. I want my money returned to my account as I see that as theft taking without permission. Don't make your own things, I only have one account.

I know a Lukene Jonkers, he asked me to assist with paying his account from my banking app as his phone app was not working, that was 3 months ago and ever since you have been deducting me twice. Lukene Jonkers is a stranger which I only assisted cause he asked me. it was a once off thing. I'm not responsible for any ones account besides mine. I want my money returned to my account as I see that as theft taking without permission. Don't make your own things, I only have one account.
