WORST SERVICE EVER!!

Absolutely horrible service, I’ve been calling and holding on, tickets have been created multiple times to request call backs, WITH NO ANSWER OVER THE PHONE OR ANY CALL BACKS!! Even reached out on their Facebook just to get ignored!!

I still have not received any response and you are still not answering when I call. I paid R1298 on the 27th and now you want to bill me R1349 again?? Tomorrow you guys will be closed so if I don’t get it sorted today you will are going cut my wifi for a mistake you made!!
