WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider.

Asanda from Rain Offered me the best Assistance telephonically After Receiving the worst and horrible service plus failure from Rain. I installed Rain 5g last year and the internet has never been convenient,January just 16 days, february i was only connected for 14 days and yet ive been paying full amount every month.

Earlier february i sent an email and there was never a response to cancel the sim card, to avoid debit order but they still tried to ***** my money from my account as everyone complains about being debited for, while the sim is giving problems or cancelled.

So today i wasted more of my money on Rain and called them, you get into a crazy waiting list and be number 57 with your own airtime ,sometimes it finishes before you even get a Consultant which means more loss for a Customer,so inconvenient because they should be the ones to make Calls out if a Paying Customer needs Assistance.

I finally Reached Asanda and She helped me out a lot and cancelled the sim card.Credits to Asanda for being the best consultant,but i discredit Rain SA and I Hope nobody ever uses your ****ty Router again. You are the worst!!!
