Worst service ever
The worst company I have dealt with rain has not been working on my account since end of February. I have been calling them since march to date I have got no refund but instead just have more money taken of my account. Will never use this service again and will also never let a friend or family member sign up with them. I had 2 incidents with pick and pay and takealot in a week everything gets resolved and taken care of with rain you fight for months to resolve a issue with no outcome

10 Jun 2022, 18:05Good day I have been sent from pillar to post and nothing is being done I phone in more then 2 times a week since march is there anything I can do to take this matter up higher another department that works better and fast or an institution that governs you or a complaints department or something higher with more power then a normal agent that I keep speaking to saying they will escalate. Every escalation is another 7 to 10 days to refund ?
