WORST SERVICE EVER.

On cannot RATE this company - there is no star for S... service. I purchased a Rain unlimited 4G 24/7 package at R479 per month on Monday. Tried to RICA as per their instruction and it doesn't work. Then tried I sent a support query. Since then I send countless queries - AND STILL NO SUPPORT, NO INTERNET. I tried to phone then - they don't answer their phone????? DOESN'T SURPRISE ME. I WANT MY MONEY BACK - RAIN -
