Worst Service ever😡

What compensation will we get here in Petrusburg as clients for this delay?

I will appreciate that either I pay less for next month as this is jot acceptable to have no service for something I have paid for and have to pay extra for airtime to phone Rain every day and for data usage.

Rain no gain this is ur new logo.Its day 5 and no wifi in the town of Petrusburg.What is the delay in getting the towers fixed as people need wifi for their work as using data is getting expensive.This kind of service is unacceptable.I want to know today when will we have wifi no excusses any more and dont hide ur messages from the public let everyone see what u have to say.

Its been brought under my intention from some of the residents in Petrusburg that they were contacted by Rain that our sim cards were wiped and we have to get new ones?How is this possible?What service is this?I need answers today from Rain😡😡😡😡😡

I need a time or date when this will be restored as we cant go on like this.Christmas is around the corner and cant sent messages.I want a answer today when towers will be fixed.Rain contacted some of the residents yesterday and said sims has been *******ed due to the issue with the towers.So somewhere someone is lying within Rain and ur playing for time.I want answers today or I will take matters further.

What about the people that cant work because of no wifi?Are u going to compensate for the loss of income too?Seeing u cant give us a time or date for when this problem will be fixed?

Not good enough answer as all other networks gives a date and time for wifi to work accept Rain.Why?

Hello Rain no wifi since 13 December 2024.I have now cancelled and want my money back for the month paid.All the Rain clients in Peteusburg is going over to a new network because of your slack in giving anawers of problems being fixed.So goodbey Rain.

You can collect ur router asap as I just wabr my refund for pathetic service
