Worst Service Ever!

I paid for Rain 5G in Nov 2022, no delivery for more than a month after several calls, so I called to cancel and request a refund, am still waiting for a refund they said will take few days. Out of the blue I got a message that they want to deliver the router that I had cancelled 2 months ago, I rejected it and still requested a refund but nothing till date.
