Worst service ever

I have had my sim card now for 3 days. All they need to do is co nect my sim card to the network but they are too useless to do that. After how many calls and tickets loved I have had no response besides the usual bull**** that technical will get back too me within 2 or 24 hours. How long can it take to connect the sim card to the network. All I can say it is useless bull**** service from rain
