Worst service ever!!!

We are now on day 12 of my mom's wifi not working. A sim swap has been done, and apparently actived successfully yet she is told it'll only be active in 24 to 48 hours. This is totally unacceptable. This has to be resolved today. Empty promises won't cut it anymore. She can't work because you now. She was promised a technician, that was never sent.
