Worst service ever!

I have never experienced such terrible service in my life

The rain router was working fine in terms of internet connectivity when I was living in Pretoria. I moved to Joburg and thought it be fine but it was horrible. They were unable to resolve the issue after months of complaints. Then I decided to cancel the service in May and they have been giving me the run around for 4 months now. And mind you they keep debiting from my account and they refuse to cancel the service and fetch their router.

Never again will I use or recommend to anyone so that they don’t experience this.
