Worst service ever

Worst service experience ever! My dad took out 5G, it worked perfectly for 3 days. Technician was sent out and everything. Canceled and ordered 4G. It's been a month now and they still have ZERO internet, plus dozens of calls and we keep getting told it's been escalated and escalated. They have been paying for Wi-Fi for a month with no Wi-Fi. This is ridiculous. No one can say for exact what is wrong and no one can give an ETA. Pathetic and disappointing
