Worst service ever

I have been with Rain for 11 months now and for the last 5 months I have been having very terrible internet /network issues and I am unable to work and perform my duties. I have constantly complained and I keep advising them of same but their response is always that they will get back to me within 48 to 72 hours which doesn't help with the issue at hand. Their service went from 100% to -900% and is so far the worst network provider out there. I am now looking at something else as i am paying for their non service monthly and they keep giving me bad service. They dont even try to improve the speed or something to make it better.
