Worst service ever 2.0

I ordered from Rain over a month ago, I still have not received the parcel and no one from Rain has even bothered trying to find out if I got the parcel or not. That company needs an extreme makeover when it comes to customer service or lack there of, your website and app aren’t user friendly either cuz we can’t get ahold of anyone to speak to, it’s the company is being run by AI that’s wasn’t properly built. Your customer service sucks and you ought to also change your courier company cuz CCD is a ****py company. Or maybe that’s why you work with them
