Worst Service Ever

I’m new to this service provider. We got our rain on Monday 10 o’clock and was said that the sim should be activated within 2-24 hours. Today is Thursday and no assistance was given as of yet. We phoned everyday more than once and every time they say they are sorry they can’t help us or they will get back to us. We are very unhappy with the service and would not recommend it to anyone. We are trying to cancel our contract as of yet.
