WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

I have sent 4 emails to Rain in a space of a week. I lodged a network problem last week i did not get a response. I lodged a complaint yesterday, and twice today. Do you understand that many people are working from home and relying on this network to meet deadlines?? IS IT DIFFICULT FOR YOUR AGENTS TO PHONE ME AND ASSIST ME??? WHY AM I PAYING FOR THIS NETWORK EVERY MONTH???? THIS IS ABSURD!! You don't even deserve a "Zero" rating but a minus!!
