Worst service ever

Worst Service Ever, no customer care at all, just ******, they charged me a pro-rata fee for one day of service, I'm not a new client I just wanted to move my debit date form 25th to the 1st, I paid on the 29th of Aug had data on the 30th then they cut me off on the 1st of Sept without having told me that would be the case, also how is pro-rata fee calculated as the entire monthly installment because it should be divided over the days in the month, now they refuse to credit me for the additional R350 I paid them, when initially they agreed to do so, now they are gaslighting me trying to insist I don't understand how pro-rata works and that their WhatsApp support is a dumb bot who makes errors so why woul they have that dumb bot assisting us in the first place, poor poor service they have no empathy when talking to clients they treat you like you're stupid and frustrate you till you give up, I want to be credited at least a portion of the money I paid I the correct way that pro-rata fees are app**** don't be ******. RAIN YOU SHOULD DO BETTER DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
